Items ordered from DELICE USA, INC. may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Delice Global through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
We don't accept any return orders due to the fact that freshness on food item is very crucial. In a case of damaged item, please take some pictures of both 'damaged box' and 'damaged items' and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will send you a complimentary replacement for the damaged item you received.
Cancellation of your order must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours of placing your order, you will be responsible for the price of the order. Cancellation must be done directly with customer service by telephone at 201-947-0300. Order cancellations will not be accepted by e-mails.
