When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account.


Can I return multiple items together?

To ensure timely processing and avoid delays, we recommend returning items from separate orders individually.

Items shipped together within the same order may be returned together in one package.


What if my order arrives damaged or in poor condition?

If your Kim’s Magic Pop or Deli Pop arrives damaged, please contact us at:

Include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product and shipping box

  • Your order number

We will review your claim and work directly with the shipping carrier as needed.

Please note:

  • Products must not be partially consumed or discarded before contacting us.

  • Keep the original packaging and product for up to 5 days, as FedEx may require inspection.


What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Can I purchase individual bags online?

Our online store offers products in set quantities only.

Individual bags may be available through retail partners. Availability may vary by store and region.


I saw a product in a store but cannot find it elsewhere. What should I do?

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach a live customer service representative: Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm EST. Any orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. We cannot speak to PayPal on your behalf regarding a credit card as it is their policy that they speak directly to the customer.

Fast & Reliable Delivery Service. Shipping costs vary in different geographic regions.
Receive your orders within 2 - 7 business days, once it has been processed. (We do NOT ship on the weekends). Order placed after noon on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.

• Nutritional Facts & ingredients are available for all products and can be found on the Nutrition Facts page.
• We ship to the continental United States for flat rate shipping charge of $4.99 per item, except Alaska and Hawaii. Ask for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Tax Information
Items ordered from DELICE USA, INC. may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Delice Global through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Return Orders
We don't accept any return orders due to the fact that freshness on food item is very crucial. In a case of damaged item, please take some pictures of both 'damaged box' and 'damaged items' and send it to shop@deliceusa.com with your order number. We will send you a complimentary replacement for the damaged item you received.

Cancel Orders
Cancellation of your order must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours of placing your order, you will be responsible for the price of the order.  Cancellation must be done directly with customer service by telephone at 201-947-0300. Order cancellations will not be accepted by e-mails.
